I'm so happy for Tiger and his wife. They had their first child, a girl. Her name is Sam Alexis, and she was born on June 18th, the day after Father's Day.

Yep, I'd guess a labradoodle for the dog. It's somewhat popular now as a "designer breed" like the puggle.

I get concerned when a particular breed becomes 'popular'. Because of breeders greed and inbreeding (or whatever it's called).

Exactly. Right now there aren't any of these designer breeds in rescues. But it won't surprise me if they start showing up in a few years due to over breeding and people getting tired of them like they have with labs, shepherds, and beagles. They're the most common breed you'll find at a rescue.
