I've broke a few fingers here and there. I broke the nose of my best friend in the 5th grade when we got into a fist fight and I punched her in the face. Poor Ellen, I still feel guilty about that.
I've also broken many hearts, with much regret...not a bone I know but probably more painful.
I had a fight with my 'much more tomboyish than I was' friend once. She hurt my sister and confronted her. She kicked my butt. No fists thrown. Just wrestled me to the ground and had me beg for mercy as she smashed my ear into the ground. Needless to say we weren't friends anymore after that and as I walked away I tried to say in my toughest voice possible to leave my little sister alone.
Mz B you dont' seem like the type to go breakin' hearts. But with Christ things can change (?) :-)
Yes, hopefully most of the hearts I broke were in my BC days (Before Christ), but I'd have to admit I think sometimes it inadvertantly might still happen. The hardest part of that is the having to confront the heart you broke and beg for forgiveness.
LOL...I have never had any broken bones but I have have plenty of stitches coming up as kid. I was so accident prone that I think one year a nurse ask my mother was she hurting me...LOL nope...that was just me being clumsy.
Darren, stitches? Oooo, that would be bad too! Bet you have scars to show. :-/ Speaking of scars,. one time I had a bike wreck when I little. I had stopped to get a drink from a neighbors hose (it was a hot outside and I was enjoying one of those endless summer days) and the neighbor yelled at me that I shouldn't be doing that so I took off on my bike real fast and somehow wrecked it in the gravel. I had a gash on my hip bone and I still have the scar though it's very faint and can be seen on my waist! That's a testament to growth! :-)

Mz B situations of the heart are a more delicate matter and in many ways, as you state, worse injury than physical ones.
Should these situations/confrontations arise I pray forgiveness and healing takes place. :-)
That's a great track record and, as you say, I hope it stays that way. :-)
